Q.1. I have registered on your site but my profile does not get listed in search result. Why?

Ans. Once you register your profile with us, we need to check the contents you have provided so first we will check your profile then we will approve it. After approval your profile will definitely get listed in search results.

Q.2. I have edited my profile, after editing it is not listed in search result.

Ans. Same reason. After editing we check the content you provided and after approval it will get listed in results

Q.3.What is Premium listing?

Ans. Actually we have two registration schemes, one is basic listing which is free, In this type of membership we allow you to provide limited information such as Name, Phone no., email, address etc.

But for premium listing you will have to become paid member. As a premium member your profile will be highlighted and listed first in the search results. Means when someone search through directory, your premium members will get the first priority in the search result list.

Not only this but as a PREMIUM member you can include your logo or any image within your profile. The image will be shown with your information.

On more facility is that you can add a description about your organization / Profession / Business. This can introduce you to visitors in more impressive way.

Q.4 How much I would have to pay?

Ans.For basic listing you don’t need to pay at all. For Premium Listing we have following schemes.

Q.5 How can I give an advertisement?

Q.6 The category I am looking for is not in the list of categories.

Ans. It may be not in the list but you may select any category which meaning wise nearer to your category. If you still have problem, please contact us. We will consider about adding it to our existing list.

Q.7. I am unable to upload my logo.

Ans. Logo upload is only allowed for premium members. So if you want to upload you company/organization logo or any image you want, first of all you need to become a paid premium member. After uploading image we will check and approve it then it will be shown in profile listing.

Q.8. What is ‘Add content’ button all about?

Ans. ‘Add content’ option is also only for premium paid members, We allow here you to put some description about your profile. In a limit of 350 characters you can put a short note or any text you want to show with your profile.
