How to Post a Free Ad?

- Select the Category & Sub Category of your choice.
- Enter the Ad content in the prescribed fields.
- Select a city in which you would like to list your Ad.
- Click on Post Free Ad button
to complete the posting process.
- You will be taken to a page that gives a confirmation message and your Ad
Id.

How long does my free Ad stay online?
- Your free Ad will be available online for one month from the date of posting.
If you have refreshed your live Ad, then it will be available for a month
from the date of refreshing.
How do I make changes to my Ad?
- Logon to http://www.infopunjabidirectory.com/Classifieds/SIGIN/loginform.asp
- Login using your username & password.
- Select an Ad to edit and click on Edit button
- You can make the necessary changes to your Ad.
- Finally, click on Update button for the changes to reflect online immediately.
How do I refresh my Ad?
When you refresh your Ad, you can edit its contents as well as get your Ad
to appear at the top of the search listings. To refresh your Ad, follow the
steps below:
- Logon to My Classifieds at http://www.infopunjabidirectory.com/Classifieds/SIGIN/loginform.asp
- Login using your username & password.
- Select an Ad to refresh or renew.
- Click on Refresh / Renew button.
- Click on Update to complete the process.
How do I add a picture to my Ad?

How do I find my Ad online?

- Select the City & Category in which you have listed
the Ad.
- Click on Search to locate your Ad online.
How to post a paid Ad?
- Click on Post your Ad link - http://www.infopunjabidirectory.com/Classifieds/POST

- Select the Category and Sub Category of
your choice.
- Select a City of your choice.
- Select the Duration of the Ad.
- Fill in the fields as needed & click on Select Payment
Option.
- Choose your payment option method & click on Submit.
- Review your information and click on Buy Now to complete the posting.
How do I pay for my Ad?
- We accept all Major Credit Cards. All transactions take place on a Secure Server.
- At present we do not accept Checks/Money Orders.
Note: You will receive an automated Order Receipt for the orders placed in infopunjabidirectory Classifieds.
Important: Never give out your Credit Card info
to a site in a form that is not on a secure server. Make sure that the URL
address begins with https.
How do I upgrade my free Ad to paid Ad?

- You need to login to My Classified, to update your
free Ad.
- After logging in, select the Ad that you want to edit and click
on Post the Edit button
- Click on the Duration of the Ad as per your choice.
Then click on Select payment option.
- You will be taken to the Payment Option page.
- Choose your payment option method & click on Submit.
- Review your information and click on Buy Now to complete the posting.
Is there a possibility that my Ad might
be blocked at any instance?
- If you are a registered infopunjabidirectory user, you are eligible
to post any number of free Ads for any individual reason.
All other Ads posted by you in the same period, will be reviewed by
Customer Service before appearing online. Ads promoting business that
fall under the following category: Software Training, Immigration
Services, Work from Home and Making Money Online, may be blocked.
Immoral and repeated Ads are also blocked.
What is a Business Ad & what is an Individual
Ad?
infopunjabidirectory Classifieds requires business Ads to be paid,
while all individual Ads are FREE (and can optionally
be made a paid Ad, for better response).
Individual Ads are those that seek to buy, sell, inform infopunjabidirectory
users of their personal property. Example: selling
your house, buying a second-hand automobile, looking for a driver/cook
etc are the stuff that personal / individual needs are made of.

basis, it is a business Ad. Example: buying or selling flats on a

I am not able to login to My Classifieds page?
One possibility is that the cookies on your computer may not be enabled
and so the system was not able to log you in and because of this you were
redirected to the home page. To login to your infopunjabidirectory account the session
cookies must be enabled.
Please follow these steps to enable cookies on your computer.
- Open Internet Explorer browser.
- Select the TOOLS menu.
- Select Internet Options.
- Click on the Advanced Button (it's along with 2 other
buttons called Import
and Default).
- Here you will find a check box with caption Override Automatic
Cookie Handling, select it. When selected, all the options
below it will be enabled.
- Make sure the checkbox which says Always Allow Session Cookies is
also selected.
- When done, press Ok button and quit.
- Close the browser and open a new browser window and
try logging in. You will able to login now.
If you are not able to login after following the steps given above, please

clearly mention your login id or the link of your Ad.
I cannot see my Ad in My Classifieds?
You may not see your Ad in My Classifieds for the
following reasons:
- Ensure that you have really posted an Ad. This page
shows only the Ads you have posted.
- You may have deleted the Ad using the delete link
in My Classifieds page.
- The Ad will be hidden until the payment is made after its due date.
How do I Remove/Delete my Ad?
- Logon to 'My Classifieds' at http://www.infopunjabidirectory.com/Classifieds/SIGIN/loginform.asp
- Login using your username & password.
- Click on the Delete button to remove your Ad.
- A pop up box will appear with the message Do you wish to remove
advertisement?.
- Once you click OK your Ad will be automatically removed.
How do I respond to an Ad?
- Click on any Ad to respond.
- Fill in the details in the email response box.
- Click on Submit to send response to an Ad.
How do I view responses to my Ad?
- Click on the link below to view responses to your Ad http://www.infopunjabidirectory.com/Classifieds/SIGIN/loginform.asp
- You need to login to view responses.
- Click on Email Responses (My Classifieds) next to the relevant
Ad, to view all responses.
- Note: Email Response link will be shown only if you have
got a response to your Ad.
